The Fall equinox is here and its a good time to focus on staying healthy and strong for the coming winter. Yoga is a way to bring in these intentions for a healthy body and mind. Through the movement and breathing practices we create clear pathways in the body for strong circulation, stabilization with the core work, more flexibility with safe stretching, and a quieter mind with breathing awareness and relaxation. This fall I will be offering several ways to help you to take care of yourself through the yoga practices.


Intermediate Yoga

9:00 - 10:30 am
$120 for the 8 week session or $60 for half session. Drop-in $16.


Beginners Yoga
Lopez Fit, 131 Weeks Rd.
5:15 - 6:30
$105, drop ins are welcome at $16.

The Lower Back Care Class
Pre Registration Required

The Lower Back Care class will start another 7 week course on Monday October 7th through November 18th at Lopez Fit from 5:30-7. This is a specialized course for those seeking more stabilization and flexibility in their bodies due to mild to moderate back pain. Please see the details below at the bottom of this post. This is a preregistered  7 week course with no drop in ability.

Prenatal and Postnatal also available
Currently there is an interest in a prenatal yoga class happening as there is a little boom going on on our island. If you are interested in having yoga as part of your prenatal care or know of someone who might be interested please let me know. Yoga can help make your pregnancy and birth experience much more comfortable with positive effects for both mama and baby. I also offer a practice called "Breathing for Birth" at your option that many women (including myself!) have found to ease the process of birthing through this systematic breathing practice.
